I brought my Civic to get serviced. It needed several things done to it, battery maintenance being one of those things. When I left the dealership, the car was already having an issue that caused it to be not accelerate; so I turned it right back around and had them look at it again. Turns out they forgot to “reset something” when they unplugged my battery for the maintenance. Less than a week later, I tried to start my car to get to work and found my battery was completely dead. This was a significant inconvenience as my wife had to drive me to work for 2 days. On my next day off, I had to get my car jumped and brought it in for another appointment, to which Honda confirmed that my battery was dead and needed a replacement. Now to their credit, the staff was nothing but polite to me throughout every interaction. Also when I suggested they comp me for the battery maintenance that was supposed to be done the first time I brought it in, they immediately knocked $64 dollars off the cost of the battery replacement. Had they not done that I would have payed with no further argument, but likely would have been bringing my car elsewhere in the future. Given their politeness and willingness to correct mistakes, I’ve got no problem giving them a second chance.

I had a short timeline for repairs needed and Honda worked me into their already busy schedule for oil change and tire repair. Thanks!

Staff are great, and location is always maintained well and clean. If waiting on service bring stuff to do. Not a complaint, but they tend to be very busy. Honda maintenance records don't transfer from location to location too.

Bobby was awesome and I had the best experience. Got the car I needed with a bunch of extras I didn’t know I wanted. It was all done fast and efficiently and I am happy with my purchase!!

Took care of us during our wait while my car was being serviced. Good about communicating with us. Got exactly what I asked to have done and didn't try to push anything else, just informed me about the stuff so I was aware.

Fabulous work and even wash my truck. The only bad thing is the technician forgot to put the cap on my tire. Luckily I have extra caps.

The sales experience was on par with purchasing a new vehicle. The finance/closing portion was a high pressure pitch for an extended warranty. The process of purchasing a vehicle could use a major overhaul to make it easier and more enjoyable for the customer and sales representative. The process is archaic and the customer leaves knowing “the house always wins”. Payton and David were great to deal with, both were professional and personable; it’s really just the process.

All he did was introduced himself and asked if we would be interested in meeting today. He was not pushy or aggressive at all! We have called our dealerships and they want all our info and aggressively called non stop until we finally blocked the numbers. We showed up at the dealership and test drove the vehicle. We were close but it didn’t work out and ended up not buying the vehicle BUT I can tell you that we will visit Honda of Covington again! I can’t stand the aggressive sales of other places and Payton was an excellent salesman.

I purchased my vehicle new from Honda 5 years ago.. and the only service jobs ever performed on my car have been from them. I have no problem with the actual technicians, my car runs great. When I did have to leave it in the shop repeatedly; they eventually discovered the issue. I received a rental car, the women in the offices were nice and pleasant to work with. The only problem I have with Honda is the disrespect and belittlement I feel when I enter the service shop. I enter and stand in front of 5 men at their desks, for 5 to 10 minutes, and no one seems to acknowledge my presence. Maybe I’m the wrong height, perhaps I’m the wrong color, the wrong age, or the wrong gender. But when you enter a business as a loyal customer and the workers see you, yet says nothing …then they don’t deserve your money. I wouldn’t call this racism; I don’t know what it is.. but you guys need to fix it and get a "working system". I’ll give Corey a pass because, eventually, he always seems to be the ONLY one who stops what he’s doing to inquire if anyone has yet to ask about my need. I’ve been dealing with this since you all moved into your temporary setup. There is no excuse. I know about customer service. I have been working in IT for over 20 years and started in help desk. You can still display customer service sitting in front of a computer monitor. You can still acknowledge a loyal customer standing in your presence whether you can assist them or not. This department was a lot better working from their main building when customers could pull in and someone came out to check them in.

I had a great experience. Josh Ritter took good care of me and made sure I was aware of everything that needed attention in reference to my vehicle. I drive from Baton Rouge for great service. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

People who wait on you are always nice and courteous. I paid for “the Butler” but by the time I got home where I was going with my car, and I actually looked at it. There were dry water spots all over the car and on the silver chrome I was really disappointed when I saw this so next time I go I definitely will be making sure they dry it off because it looks like it wasn’t dried off, it was just let out to dry. And this was supposed to be the ceramic chrome wash. There are other pictures I tried to take but I couldn’t post because the reflection was not letting you see it in the picture. I’ve had this wash done before and it has been a whole lot better than this time.
