Just purchased a Honda Passport T/S Elite from Honda of Covington. We took our time evaluating several different brands, models, and dealers. Got excellent service from Joe Pittari over several visits to show inventory, explain high tech features, test drive, and easy price negotiation. No high pressure and respected our time. Last visit to Honda of Covington was for scheduled maintenance (oil change and air filter in Motor) My 2018 CRV needed a Software Update and a few other maintenance issues. Extremely pleased with Honda installing thr Software Update
Staff was very friendly and they never acted like the stereotypical car salesmen. They explained everything about the car to my daughter and never once became pushy to make the sale. I hate the process of buying cars but I enjoyed this one. It was very friendly and easy.

Loved the customer service. Sage was great and very understanding and broke everything down to me. Only complaint i have, not Sage's mistake at all, but is when people call over the phone for a price, to specify that the "walk out price" doesn't include state tax.
This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Joe and keep coming back because of the reliable cars and the reliable salesman. We have always been treated with respect and honesty, not persuaded to purchase anything with which we were not comfortable.

I have my Acura (high priced Honda!) serviced there periodically for repairs that my local mechanic cannot handle. The dealership is very dependable, almost always gets job done by estimated time, beats other Honda and Acura in the area on price., and workmanship is always top notch. Another plus is that they now use Uber to give a free ride home and then pickup for return trip to dealer with very little waiting around time. I always ask for Steve as my go to service advisor. The best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. It’s something that I normally hate doing. The staff went out of their way, above and beyond, to help us. Our salesman even prayed over us before we left. This was our third vehicle purchase from Honda of Covington. I definitely recommend them and will buy from them again.

Dj, the service advisor was great! Not thrilled about the fact that my car was not washed/vacuumed. I had to ask and then supposedly it was hand washed but it was still unclean.

After losing confidence in another service center, decided to use Honda of Covington for a “routine” periodic service. While there, I was notified of other services that had not been completed in sometime and were “critical “. The other service center had not notified me of these. I had all services completed. They also gave the vehicle a thorough cleaning. It cost me a good bit more, but bought me peace of mind.

I originally purchased my suv here and it was a easy stress free experience! Fast forward and I had a recall on my Honda pilot recently. They reminded me a couple of times. I should do it because its a free fix! I scheduled an appt and finally got my butt over there to get it done. Everyone was super kind and it was taken care of! I waited in the lounge area and left a few hours later. Thanks again!
