Josh Ritter is my service advisor and I trust myself and my 4 year old with his recommendations. He’s been an awesome representative of the brand and I’m very happy to have met with him and work with him for the last 2-3 years. I drive 30 minutes and pass up TWO Honda dealerships to see him for maintenance and any problems I have.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Honda of Covington for years, and their service department never disappoints. Every visit is a smooth one, from scheduling to the Uber and pickup. I’m now on my third new Honda Accord, and they have never disappointed. The staff is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure I’m taken care of every time. I highly recommend Honda of Covington to anyone looking for reliable service and a dealership that truly values its customers!

Had an issue with car making noise and thought I needed to replace read brakes. Took it in and they helped troubleshoot and ruled out the brakes. Most dealers/shops I have experience with will commit to work when requested so it’s refreshing that they are mindful of not wasting your money if you ask for the wrong thing. Very trustworthy.

Corey was responsive and made sure I got my recall work completed on same day, despite dealing with some challenges with construction/remodeling of their current Service and Sales Buildings. Same day was the commitment made to me for this work when they scheduled my appointment. It became doubtful and apparent when I dropped it (which is my only complaint, as they should know this and set better expectations). Corey made sure that commitment was met.
